Welcome to QUARRA. By purchasing materials, using our website, requesting delivery, opening a contractor account, or otherwise engaging with QUARRA, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all customers, including residential, commercial, and contractor accounts.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QUARRA’s services, website, ordering systems, or delivery services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use QUARRA’s services.
2. Products & Material Variations
Many landscape and natural stone products vary in:

Color

Texture
-
Shape
-
Size
-
Density
-
Finish
Photos, samples, and displays are intended as general representations only and may not exactly match delivered materials.
Natural variations are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for verifying quantities, sizing, material selections, and suitability prior to installation.
3. Ordering & Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary by customer type and account status.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Retail orders require payment in full before pickup or delivery

Contractor account terms are subject to approved credit applications

Outstanding balances may result in delayed deliveries, paused orders, or account suspension
QUARRA reserves the right to:

Require deposits
-
Refuse service
-
Limit quantities
-
Adjust pricing due to supplier increases, freight costs, tariffs, or market conditions
Pricing is subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
QUARRA is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather
-
Traffic
-
Equipment breakdowns
-
Supplier shortages
-
Jobsite conditions
-
Acts outside of our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe and accessible delivery conditions
-
Clearly marking delivery locations
-
Ensuring adequate space for trucks and equipment
QUARRA is not responsible for:
-
Driveway cracking
-
Surface damage
-
Underground utilities
-
Site damage resulting from normal delivery operations
Once material is delivered or unloaded at the requested location, responsibility transfers to the customer.
5. Pickup Orders
Customers picking up materials are responsible for:

Verifying order quantities before leaving
-
Securing loads safely
-
Compliance with all transportation laws and weight limits
QUARRA reserves the right to refuse loading unsafe or overloaded vehicles.
6. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by QUARRA’s Refund & Return Policy.
Certain products, including special-order items, bulk materials, installed materials, and natural stone products, may not be eligible for return.
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and delivery charges.
7. Contractor Accounts
Contractor pricing, terms, rewards, or account privileges may be modified or revoked at QUARRA’s discretion.
Contractor accounts are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account information

Timely payment
-
Authorized account usage by employees or representatives
QUARRA reserves the right to suspend contractor accounts for unpaid balances, excessive returns, misuse, or policy violations.
8. Website & Online Ordering
QUARRA strives to maintain accurate pricing, inventory, and product information but does not guarantee that all information is error-free.
QUARRA reserves the right to:

Correct pricing or inventory errors

Cancel orders affected by inaccuracies

Limit quantities

Restrict website access
Use of the website for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property
All QUARRA branding, logos, graphics, website content, videos, text, and materials are property of QUARRA and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUARRA shall not be liable for:

Project downtime

Indirect or consequential damages

Improper installation

Product misuse

Material incompatibility

Labor costs associated with replacement materials
QUARRA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the materials supplied.
11. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are responsible for inspecting materials upon pickup or delivery.
Claims regarding shortages, defects, or incorrect materials must be reported within 24 hours.
Installed materials are considered accepted.
QUARRA is not responsible for costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or project delays resulting from accepted materials.
12. Force Majeure
QUARRA shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

Severe weather

Natural disasters
-
Supply chain disruptions
-
Labor shortages
-
Fuel shortages
-
Government actions
-
Transportation interruptions
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or QUARRA services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Minnesota.
14. Changes to Terms
QUARRA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of QUARRA services following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
