SRW's Mold, Moss & Mildew Cleaner (M3C) is a bleach-free, non-acid concentrate that breaks down mold, moss, mildew, lichen and algae at the source. It is mixed with water, sprayed on a dry surface and left to work, with no scrubbing, rinsing or pressure washing needed. It is safe on pavers, concrete, stone, retaining walls, brick, shingles, asphalt and wood.

Each quart makes about 1.5 gallons of mixed cleaner at the 1:5 dilution.
Specifications
- Container: 1 quart concentrate
- Dilution: 1 part cleaner to 5 parts water
- Coverage: 1 gallon of concentrate makes 6 gallons of mix, covering about 750–2,200 sq ft
- Results: Debris breaks down and washes away over about 3–7 days
- Application temperature: 50°F to 80°F; no rain for 24 hours
- Re-application: As needed, up to 6 times per year
- Formula: Non-acidic, no bleach
