25 LBS bag of SUN & SHADE Lawn Seed Mixture. This seed Mixture can be used where conditions provide medium (50% to 30%) amounts of sun and shade. This mixture is proudly approved by the Turfgrass Water Conservation Alliance.

Composition:

• 30% MOLLALA PERENNIAL RYEGRASS
• 20% ENCHANTMENT CHEWINGS FESCUE
• 20% MAZAMA KENTUCKY BLUEGRASS
• 15% LIFEGUARD TURF-TYPE TALL FESCUE
• 15% RELENTLESS TURF-TYPE TALL FESCUE

Seeding Rate

New Lawn Renovation: 5-7 lbs. per thousand sqft

Overseeding: 4-6 lbs. per thousand sqft

Estimated Spreader Setting: 9 (new lawn), 7 (overseeding)
